About

Built in Lahore.
For Pakistani sellers who actually ship.

ShipFox is the operating system for Pakistani e-commerce. We connect your Shopify store to every courier you use and give you one place to dispatch, reconcile, track, and predict — so you stop guessing where your money is.

One dashboard, every courier

PostEx, Leopards, TCS, ZAAF, QWQER, and more. Dispatch, generate labels, sync delivery status — without logging into nine portals.

COD that actually reconciles

Upload CPR files. We match every shipment, surface what each courier owes you, and flag aging payments before they go stale.

AI built for COD risk

Cross-merchant customer reputation, RTO prediction before dispatch, daily digest at 9 AM PKT. The intelligence layer no global tool builds for Pakistan.

Why Pakistan, specifically?

Global shipping platforms (ShipStation, AfterShip, etc.) are built for prepaid Western markets. Pakistan is COD-first — 85%+ of orders are paid at delivery. Those tools don't handle CPRs, don't care about RTO rates, and don't integrate with local couriers. Pakistani sellers were stuck reconciling spreadsheets at midnight.

We built ShipFox because the founder lived this problem first — running real stores, wrestling courier portals, never quite knowing how much money was "out there" in the system. Read the founder's story for the full version.

Real stores. Real value.

Multiple Pakistani stores have already moved their operations to ShipFox — because it actually solves their problem instead of being another dashboard to log into. We're deliberate about who we onboard. Every merchant gets white-glove setup; we don't do spray-and-pray growth. Quality first, then scale.

What we believe

  • Numbers should mean money. Every metric on every screen should tie back to PKR. "210 delivered" is useful; "PKR 980,000 collected, PKR 215,000 pending" is actionable.
  • Sellers ship from the warehouse, not the office. Everything works on mobile, including bulk dispatch and scan-and-pack. The team using ShipFox lives in the warehouse, not the boardroom.
  • Privacy is a feature, not paperwork. Cross-merchant intelligence (RTO scoring, fraud signals) operates without leaking any merchant's data to any other merchant. The same model used by Stripe Radar and Klarna.
  • If we can't do it well, we don't do it. No half-built features, no "coming soon" promises. Each module we ship is one we use in production ourselves.
