Getting started

How do I sign up?+
ShipFox is currently invite-only. Request access via our short form. We'll personally walk you through whether ShipFox fits your store, then set up your account, connect Shopify, and link your couriers. Most merchants are live the same day they apply.
How long does onboarding take?+
Typically 30–60 minutes end-to-end. We do it with you, screen-share style. The longest part is usually courier API key collection (we'll tell you exactly which screens to grab them from). Historical Shopify orders import in the background while you start using the dashboard.
Do I need to migrate my data?+
No. ShipFox connects to your existing Shopify store and pulls historical orders + customers automatically. Your Shopify remains the source of truth — ShipFox is the operational layer on top of it.

Pricing

How much does it cost?+
Two tiers: Free (up to 50 dispatches/month, perfect for testing) and Hunter (usage-based, PKR 15,000–70,000/mo depending on volume). 14-day free Hunter trial on signup. We accept bank transfer; admin activates your plan within hours of payment.
Do you have a free trial?+
Yes — every new account gets a 14-day Hunter trial with full features. No credit card. If you don't convert, you automatically downgrade to the Free tier (50 dispatches/month) — nothing breaks.
Is there a setup fee?+
No. Onboarding is included regardless of plan.

Couriers

Which Pakistani couriers do you support?+
Currently live: PostEx, Leopards, ZAAF, and QWQER. TCS integration is in progress. We're expanding coverage based on what active merchants need — if you use a courier we don't yet support, let us know.
Do I have to switch couriers?+
Never. ShipFox connects to whatever couriers you already use. You can also use multiple couriers in parallel and have ShipFox recommend the right one per city based on your own historical delivery rates.
Can I print my own shipping labels?+
Yes — ShipFox generates universal labels (Code128 barcode, QR code, COD amount, sender + receiver, items) that work with every courier. Print 1, 2, or 3 per A4 page. Most courier APIs don't give you label PDFs cleanly; we built ours to fill that gap.

COD & Money

How does COD reconciliation work?+
Upload your CPR (courier payment report) file as a CSV/Excel/PDF when the courier sends it. ShipFox matches every line to a shipment, surfaces what was paid vs what should have been paid, and shows your aging buckets per courier. No more spreadsheets at midnight.
What if my CPR has errors?+
ShipFox flags discrepancies — over-credits, under-credits, missing shipments — so you can chase the courier with specifics instead of going by gut. We've already caught five-figure misallocations for active merchants.

AI & Intelligence

What does the RTO prediction actually do?+
Before you dispatch, every COD order gets scored 0–100 for return risk. The score uses three signals: this customer's history across the ShipFox network, the city's historical RTO rate at your store, and product-level return patterns. Red-band orders (>60%) auto-land in your "Needs Attention" queue so you can call the customer before shipping. Read more on the founder's story.
Will other merchants see my customers?+
No. The cross-merchant network only shares aggregate signals — total order count, delivery rate, blacklist count — never order content, amounts, or which specific stores a customer ordered at. Same model used by Stripe Radar and Klarna globally. Full details in our Privacy Policy §9.

Data & Security

Where is my data stored?+
On Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in EU-West with encrypted-at-rest backups. All your API keys (Shopify, couriers) are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. All traffic is TLS. See Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Who can access my store data?+
Only people you explicitly invite to your team (owner/admin/manager/packer roles, each with different permissions). ShipFox staff don't look at merchant data except when you ask for support and we need to investigate something specific — and every cross-merchant view is logged.
Can I export my data and leave?+
Yes. Every report has a CSV export (orders, COD aging, customer profiles, reports, etc.). If you ever decide ShipFox isn't for you, your Shopify store stays untouched and your data is yours.

Support

How fast do you respond to support requests?+
Order or dispatch emergencies: within 2 hours during PKT business hours. Billing/account questions: same business day. Feature requests: we read them, even if we can't promise a timeline. Reach us here.
