Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ShipFox (the "Service"), provided through https://shipfox.pk. By creating an account, connecting a Shopify store, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
ShipFox is an operations platform for Pakistani e-commerce sellers. It integrates with Shopify and with Pakistani courier APIs (PostEx, Leopards, ZAAF, TCS and others) to provide order management, dispatch, shipment tracking, cash-on-delivery reconciliation, returns processing, inventory visibility, customer relationship records, financial accounting, and AI-assisted analytics.
The Service is offered "as available" and may evolve over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice for material changes that reduce functionality on a paid plan you are on.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be 18 or older and authorised to bind the business you represent.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secret.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by team members you invite.
- You must notify us promptly at support@shipfox.pk if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Connecting Shopify and couriers
The Service requires you to grant ShipFox access to your Shopify store via OAuth and to provide API credentials for each courier you wish to connect. By doing so you authorise ShipFox to read and write data on those systems on your behalf, strictly to operate the features you use.
You are responsible for maintaining your own commercial relationships and contracts with Shopify and with each courier. ShipFox does not act as a courier, does not handle physical shipments, does not collect cash on delivery, and does not act as a payment processor.
5. Subscription, billing, and trials
- The Service offers a free tier and paid plans (currently the "Hunter" tier with usage-based pricing). Plan details are published in the dashboard.
- New accounts may receive a 14-day trial of paid features. At the end of the trial the account is automatically moved to the free tier unless a paid plan has been activated.
- Paid plans are billed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) in advance for the agreed billing cycle.
- Payment instructions (bank transfer or other methods) are provided on the billing page; activation by an administrator follows confirmed payment.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply to renewal periods that begin after the notice period.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where we are at fault for an extended outage.
6. Acceptable use
You will not, and will not permit anyone using your account to:
- Use the Service for unlawful activity or to facilitate fraud.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise attempt to circumvent platform protections.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without a written agreement with us.
- Upload malware, run vulnerability scans, or perform load testing without prior written approval.
- Use the Service in ways that breach Shopify's terms, courier API terms, or applicable laws of Pakistan.
- Send unsolicited communications to customers using data the Service has surfaced.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice depending on severity.
7. Your data
- You retain ownership of data you upload or that ShipFox imports on your behalf from Shopify and from couriers.
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
- Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
- You may export the data the Service surfaces (CSV exports across reports, COD pages, orders, etc.).
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Shopify, couriers, hosting providers), and force majeure events may affect access. We will publish incident notes when meaningful outages occur.
9. AI features
AI-generated outputs (daily digests, anomaly alerts, the chat assistant, courier recommendations) are produced by language models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. They are intended as decision support, not as instructions to act on without judgement. You are responsible for verifying AI suggestions before taking commercial actions on them.
10. Third parties
The Service interacts with third-party platforms (Shopify, courier APIs, payment processors, AI providers). Those third parties have their own terms and may charge their own fees. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of those third parties, including data the third parties return to us, delivery outcomes from couriers, or pricing decisions made by Shopify.
11. Intellectual property
The Service, including its source code, designs, branding, and documentation, is the property of ShipFox. These Terms grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to you.
12. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's non-public information disclosed during use of the Service with the same care it uses for its own confidential information, and will use it only to operate or use the Service.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or damage to reputation.
15. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims and damages arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party right.
16. Termination
- You may stop using the Service and disconnect Shopify and couriers at any time from the dashboard.
- You may request account deletion by emailing support@shipfox.pk.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the Service or its users.
- On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts of Lahore, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court with jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the dashboard and via email to account owners with at least 14 days' notice before they take effect, except where the change is required for legal or security reasons. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
