Every new order gets a 0-100 score, shown as a coloured badge in your orders list:
Green (0-30): low risk — ship.
Amber (31-60): confirm before dispatch.

Signal one — customer history
Has this customer kept their parcels in the past?
The strongest predictor of delivery is past behaviour. We check the customer's phone across every ShipFox store via our shared Identity Network. A buyer who returned 5 of 6 elsewhere gets flagged red even on their first order with you.
